PJS Wholesale is owned and operated by PJS UK Ltd. PJS UK Ltd has been in operation since January 2003 (originally known as Peter Schofield Trading As Medieval Weaponry and more recently BearArm Ltd).

Our mission statement is simple: to supply high-quality products at competitive prices to the UK trade market, with a focus on exemplary customer service.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for the details we need to complete your order.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. Paying online is the easiest way to pay. If you prefer to use an alternative method, please contact us before placing your order.

We take payment immediately at the point of order. Out-of-stock items cannot be ordered. In the rare event of a stock error, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.

If you issue a chargeback for any reason, you will receive an invoice for £24.99 to cover costs incurred by us in dealing with the chargeback.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, please contact us and we will correct the mistake where possible.

When confirmation of your order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we dispatch the goods. We include this term to protect us in the event of a pricing error or if we are unable to supply a product for any reason. If there is a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Resale and Legal Compliance

Retailers are fully responsible for ensuring that the products they buy from PJS Wholesale are legal to buy, possess, and resell in their area. This includes checking current laws, keeping up to date with any changes, and making sure any exemptions (e.g. traditional manufacture) are valid.

PJS Wholesale cannot guarantee that all products are legal in every jurisdiction. Once goods are sold and shipped, responsibility for compliance rests with the retailer.

By purchasing from us, retailers agree to indemnify PJS Wholesale and PJS UK Ltd against any claims, penalties, or costs arising from non-compliance with the law.

Delivery Schedule

Orders received before midday (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) will normally be dispatched the same working day for delivery on the following working day. Orders received after midday will generally be dispatched the next working day, for delivery the working day after that.

Some couriers, such as Royal Mail, may deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Please note that this delivery schedule may be subject to change without notice and is not guaranteed.

We will provide tracking information (where applicable) when your order is dispatched. If you supply a mobile phone number, you may also receive SMS updates from the courier.

You must inform us within 10 days from the date of dispatch if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim and resolve the issue. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by the courier is sufficient evidence that goods have been received.

Back Orders

We do not accept back orders. You can use the stock notification option to receive an alert when the product comes back into stock.

Tax Charges

All orders shipped to UK addresses are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

Credit Card Security

Payments are processed by trusted Payment Service Providers (PSPs) that are PCI DSS Level 1 Compliant – the highest possible security standard.

PayPal is also available as a payment option and is PCI DSS Level 1 Compliant.
